As a rule, regional economic development and spatial development focus on the economic, ecological, and social potentials of a location or region. Conflicts of objectives are inevitable. These conflicts must be recognised, and optimisation mechanisms must be found. We therefore see regional strategy development as a process in which the key stakeholders must be involved. Our regional analysis forms the basis for this process. In workshops moderated by us, this basis is used for instance to develop workplace strategies, regional economic development concepts, or development principles.
