Guido Cavelti has worked at BHP since 1991, and he has been a Partner and Member of the Executive Committee since 2001.
Since his studies in political science in St. Gallen, Guido Cavelti has been interested in cause-and-effect relationships. This led him on his career path to BHP, where he initially undertook numerous evaluation projects. Subsequently, he moved from problem analysis to strategy development.
Today, Guido Cavelti accompanies clients from the public sector, associations, and businesses in the formulation and implementation of their goals. His areas of specialisation are regional economic development, sustainable site and real estate development, regional policy, strategic planning, and implementation systems for governments and administrations as well as impact analyses.
The father of four children still finds time to work in leadership and organisational functions in several associations. He contributes his experience to the Raiffeisenbank "Region linker ZĂĽrichsee" as a member of the board of directors.
