Vanessa Seger joined BHP in 2018 and works as a Consultant. During that time, she also completed her master’s in Political and Economic Geography at the University of Zurich. Already when she attended her first lecture on sustainability, she realised that she wanted to pursue it as a profession. As a geographer, she is accustomed to focusing on the interfaces of economics, politics, and society.
Her main responsibility at BHP is coordination with the portfolio companies of the Cadmos Engagement Funds. As a Consultant, Vanessa Seger also provides substantive and methodological support to the entire team. This includes research assignments, support for expert interviews, and the quantitative as well as qualitative analysis and evaluation of data.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking and feasting on her own creations with friends and family. She's always happy to give food recommendations to the team – and especially tips for dessert.
