Support in Impact Measurement and Management

Since 2024, Brugger + Partner has been supporting the Lichtsteiner Foundation in the field of Impact Measurement and Management (IMM). Following the joint development of the Lichtsteiner Impact Measurement and Management Framework (LIMM), Brugger + Partner has been assisting the foundation with the practical implementation of the framework at the level of the supported "Pioneering Startups" in the areas of MedTech, BioTech, and Mental Health. This includes advising project partners on refining their Theories of Change, developing impact-oriented key performance indicator (KPI) systems, and integrating learning processes into operational implementation.
