Office management Compasso

In 2014, Brugger + Partner supported the merger of Compasso with two other key players in the field of vocational integration, the ConCerto-pro association and the FER think tank. The Compasso association operates an information portal, a network, and a think tank for employers on issues relating to vocational integration. Compasso focuses its activities for employers on dealing with people with health impairments who are either in employment (early detection & job retention) or unemployed (vocational reintegration). Brugger + Partner managed the association's office for several years. Other tasks included the development and maintenance of the information portal and the further development of the range of services. At the end of 2022, Brugger + Partner successfully handed over the mandate.
