Evaluation of the graubündenVIVA programme

Brugger + Partner evaluated the graubündenVIVA programme on behalf of the Graubünden Office for Agriculture and Geoinformation. The evaluation examined the performance mandate and the relationships between requirements (input), implemented services/measures (output) and benefits/effects, particularly for partner organisations. In addition, the organisational and cooperation structures and the control instruments used were examined. The evaluation was based on document analyses and interviews with contributors, recipients and partner organisations. The results are summarised in a report with specific recommendations.
