Support for the strategy process for the further development of the urban ‘Housing Programme’

Brugger + Partner supported the city of Zurich in further developing its urban housing programme "Programm Wohnen"). The aim of the project was to update the existing objectives and measures of the housing programme, strengthen monitoring and reporting, and improve communication with politicians, administrators and the public. Brugger + Partner brought a neutral outside perspective to the project, accompanied the strategy process and supported the city with methodological and strategic expertise. The focus was on the effective and implementation-oriented further development of the city's housing policy, creating transparency, clarifying priorities and strengthening the city's scope for action.
