Patrimonium is an asset manager that develops private markets for professional investors in Switzerland and Europe. The EU's Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) has given rise to obligations for Patrimonium to monitor ESG aspects, especially in its private equity portfolio. Starting in 2022, BHP first advised the firm on identifying measures to ensure compliance with the SFDR. We also supported Patrimonium in laying the foundations that will enable it to offer Article 8 products (light green products) in line with the SFDR. Following this mandate, in 2023/24 we accompanied one of the firm's portfolio companies, Roth Group, in developing a sustainability roadmap and its first sustainability report.
