The BRUGG Group offers leading products and solutions in the fields of cable technology, district heating technology, process control technology, protection systems and cable solutions for e-mobility, wind energy and industry. BHP supports the private industrial group with over 50 branches worldwide in the systematic anchoring and further development of its sustainability strategy. In close cooperation with the Head of Group Sustainability, BHP conducted a materiality analysis with the Group management, sharpened the goals and ambitions for the material topics and determined the status of current sustainability efforts and initiatives.
BHP then supported the development of a sustainability and decarbonisation roadmap at Group level, which serves as a guideline for the development of decentralised roadmaps for the BRUGG Group's various divisions. With the support of BHP and other specialised experts, the company will publish its first Group-wide sustainability report based on GRI in 2024. In future, this will be published annually and provide information on ongoing sustainability efforts.
