Timon Becker is a consultant who has worked at BHP since 2024.

Since the beginning of his studies, his interest in and motivation for sustainability have been a common thread throughout his career.
As a trained sustainability scientist, Timon has broad expertise in environmental, social, and economic topics relevant to sustainability. He also has the ability to link these topics in an integrated and holistic way. Thanks to a CAS in Innovation and Change Management and his previous work in the sustainability team of an innovation and design agency, he combines his sustainability expertise with sound methodological skills, especially in strategy development and in innovation and transformation processes.
As a consultant, Timon provides support in addressing the many challenges and opportunities of sustainability in a targeted manner, reducing the complexity of issues, and creating synergies.

In his free time, Timon enjoys spending time in nature and hiking through the Alps with his dogs. He does Krav Maga and dances Lindy Hop.
