Lilian Zihlmann is a senior consultant who has worked at BHP since 2024.

With her master's in Environmental Systems and Policy and a minor in Spatial Development, she has been engaged in the design and implementation of sustainable spatial and regional development since 2016. In this work, she promotes interdisciplinary cooperation with numerous stakeholders from the business community, the general public, the public sector, and academia. Her experience in leading participatory processes and her expertise in sustainable spatial development flow into her solution- and implementation-focused consulting for clients. At BHP, Lilian uses her systemic thinking and structured approach to develop sustainability strategies for both the public sector and companies. She pays particular attention to compatibility with the various specialist areas. She contributes in-depth knowledge in the circular economy, land management, and climate adaptation and protection.

Lilian enjoys spending her free time with friends playing in an orchestra or doing sport indoors and outdoors.
