Bossard Group is a traditional Swiss family business headquartered in central Switzerland. The Group develops and sales product solutions and services in industrial fastener and assembly technology. The company decided to restructure sustainability management and anchor related activities more systematically within the organization in 2019. BHP supports Bossard in this process as a coach and sparring partner.

Bossard works toward establishing sustainability as a group-wide strategic pillar and as a guiding mind-set in core business processes. This process started with a four-days design-thinking workshop in the so-called “Blue Garage”, the creative room of the Group, in 2020. Sustainability projects and specific communication measures also support an active discourse about sustainability with internal and external stakeholders.
