BHP has a practice-oriented, highly effective toolbox of measures at its disposal to incorporate CSR into the company in the best possible way. Using an analysis of the current state of the company, BHP identified the sustainability dimensions relevant to Axpo. BHP then supported Axpo in developing a concept containing a tailor-made set of measures to mainstream sustainability among employees in these dimensions.
