GetDiversity is the leading organisation in Switzerland for increasing the share of qualified women executives in the top strategic leadership functions of companies and organisations. GetDiversity has an active network of about 100 women executives who are willing and able to take on functions in strategic corporate bodies. GetDiversity also supports companies in their search for qualified candidates for these leadership functions on the other hand. BHP was a co-initiator of GetDiversity. As part of its advisory activities for GetDiversity, BHP develops GetDiversity's strategic positioning and business plans, supports its organisational development, and takes on operational management functions.
