Mission statement and strategy

With its mission statement, an organisation gets to the heart not only of its self-image and basic principles, but also its vision. This establishes an orientation, both internally and externally. As a next step, the strategy defines focus areas, stages, and implementation processes that are necessary to achieve the vision.
