A highlight of the newly published Sustainability Report 2019
of Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland is the stakeholder consultation carried out for this purpose: based on a survey, the company launched a stakeholder dialogue that focused on ecological issues and sustainability communication as the survey results suggested. The stakeholder perspectives collected are incorporated into the materiality matrix which is fundamental for the Sustainability Report 2019.
In the latest publication and in the revised Sustainability Factsheet,
the company communicates the most important sustainability measures of the past year. It also updated the descriptions of the principles, processes, governance structures, measures, indicators and objectives in its sustainability management. As a long-standing customer, Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland once again relied on BHP's expertise in the conception and implementation of the stakeholder consultation, the revision of the materiality matrix and the reporting process.
