Andrea Gäumann has worked at BHP since 2011.
Her work at BHP encompasses the areas of CSR strategy and management, impact management, stakeholder dialogues, and strategic philanthropy. She contributes her know-how to the development and realisation of impact measurements, stakeholder analyses, trend monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
Already during her studies at the University of Zurich, Andrea Gäumann discovered her interest in issues at the intersection of economics and society. As an academic assistant at the Institute for Strategic Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich (HWZ), she worked for four years in the field of strategic stakeholder management. For instance, she participated in the CTI research project on "Evaluation and impact measurement of stakeholder engagements" and the book "Stakeholders Matter - A New Paradigm for Strategy in Society". After her studies, Andrea Gäumann worked for several months as an intern at the Permanent Mission of Liechtenstein to the United Nations in New York.
