Andrea Gäumann has worked at BHP since 2011.
Her role as a Senior Consultant encompasses CSR strategy and management, impact management, stakeholder dialogue, and strategic philanthropy. She leverages her expertise in developing and implementing impact assessments, environmental analyses, trend monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
During her studies at the University of Zurich, Andrea Gäumann discovered her interest in topics at the intersection of business and society. As a research assistant at the Institute for Strategic Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich (HWZ), she dedicated four years to exploring strategic stakeholder management. For instance, she contributed to the KTI research project on "Evaluation and Impact Measurement of Stakeholder Engagements" and the book "Stakeholders Matter - A New Paradigm for Strategy in Society." Following her studies, Andrea Gäumann undertook a several-month internship at the Permanent Mission of Liechtenstein to the United Nations in New York City.
In her leisure time, Andrea Gäumann enjoys exploring nature with her family. She also loves to be on the dance floor, where she finds a balance to her everyday life through salsa dancing.
