Stefan Lüthi, partner and member of the Executive Board since January 2024, was unanimously elected to the Board of Directors for a three-year term of office at the Annual General Meeting. Barbara Rigassi , Partner at BHP, was confirmed as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for a further three years.
