Integra is a Swiss management holding company with shareholdings in 7 companies with different business models and registered offices in Switzerland and abroad. In 2023, BHP supported Integra Holding in developing overarching sustainability goals for the group. For that purpose, we first carried out a materiality analysis for each of the 7 shareholdings to identify the most relevant sustainability issues common to the companies. We then held joint workshops to develop targets and timelines for improving sustainability performance across the group.
