HWZ – University of Applied Sciences for Business Administration Zurich
Within companies, the transformation towards sustainable development requires a broad base of change agents from various levels and functions who drive organisational change with strong personalities, substantive expertise, and a positive vision. The highly practice-oriented CAS, which Pascal Lüthi designed for the HWZ in 2022/23 and conducted for the first time in 2023, is aimed at change agents like these.
In this CAS, students acquire the knowledge and methods to call for, promote, and drive this transformation and the necessary structural and cultural changes within their own companies and through collaborations and partnerships. They also grow as individuals and network with committed fellow students and lecturers. Classroom teaching to impart information and knowledge is kept to a minimum. The focus is instead on a wide range of agile and collaborative methods for working on fictitious and real case studies from business practice.
