Publication "Women in Leadership Positions: Recipe for success!"

More women in leadership positions? This is not only possible, but also in the interest of companies. Mandated by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO, BHP compiled 10 profiles of companies that are exemplary in the promotion of women in leadership positions. In the case studies, BHP ascertained the ambitions and measures taken by the companies, and distilled their business incentives. The publication is supported by the Schweizerischen Arbeitgeberverband and the Schweizerischen Gewerbeverband and can be ordered free of charge through SECO.
